The principle of operation is based on the generated torque, >7,5Nf is
sufficient to cope with the required load during sphincter squeeze and
profiles. If the load is too large the motor will simply loose its magnetic
coupling without damage. Try again.

The slider is blocked (cannot move freely). Clean and reposition the slider.

You can also clean and check the functioning of the pinion.

The slider is damaged, try another slider.


7.5.5 The slider makes a rattling/ticking sound
The slider makes a rattling/ticking sound. Note that the investigation results
are not reliable, because the measured distances can be wrong. You must
solve the problem and to repeat the investigation. The L software cannot
recognize this situation nor compensate it during the analysis.

The slider is blocked (cannot move freely). Reposition the slider.

You can also clean and check the functioning of the pinion.

The slider may be damaged. Disconnect the Bluetooth communication and
move the slider with minimum force in and out of the puller enclosure.
When the slider moves smoothly without friction, the slider is in a good
condition.

Try another slider.

Clean the guider.


7.5.6 The Bluetooth puller is not connected
The message ‘Bluetooth puller not connected’ is displayed at the start of an
investigation (pre-test) if the Bluetooth puller is not found.

Check the range of the Bluetooth puller.

Check the Bluetooth dongle.

Replace the batteries or connect the power adapter.

Contact your LABORIE representative.
7.5.7 No LED is on
On the control panel, no LED is on.

Connect the power adapter (charge the batteries).

Replace the batteries.
