( 7 ) Detaching and refitting the heat roller claws
Clean or replace the heat roller claws as follows.

Procedure
  1. Remove the fixing unit from the machine. (see page 3-3-90)
  2. Remove the upper fixing guide plate. (see page 3-3-97)
  3. Remove the heat roller claws.
  4. Remove the E-ring, and moving the separation claws shaft in the direction of the

arrow

from the upper fixing guide plate.

5. Remove the heat roller claws moving it in the direction of the arrow

* Be careful of the claw’s leading edge damage, when fitting the heat roller claw.
