3.
If the oil level is below the mark L, open the side hood (1),
open the cap (3) lock (2) and top up through the filler.
REMARK
The oil level varies according to its temperature. Then keep to
the following instructions:
q
Before operation: near level (L)
(Oil temperature ranging: 50–30°C)
q
Normal operation: near level (H)
(Oil temperature ranging: 50–80°C)
4.
When topping up the hydraulic fluid tank with the machine
in position A, rotate the 1st boom into the centre position,
extend the cylinders of the 1st and 2nd booms and the
bucket as illustrated in the figure to the right, then remove
the filler cap (3). Put back the cap and pressurize the tank,
lowering the equipment to the ground.
NOTICE
q
Make sure that the hydraulic tank is pressurized. If the
tank isn’t under pressure, the pump will suck in air and
this will damage the equipment.
q
If a constant or abnormal decrease in the oil level is
observed, thoroughly check the hydraulic circuit, the
pistons and the pump for leaks.
5.
Close the cap lock (3) and the side hood (1).
