ASSEMBLY OF THE WORKING EQUIPMENT CYLINDERS

Take great care not to damage the sealand the sli-

ding surfaces.

H

Prepare each individualcomponent before commen-

cing the finalassembly.

1. Assembly of the cylinderhead

1 - Position the guard ring (7) and, using a press and the

push rod

, press it home in the head (3).

Check the orientation carefully.

2 - Mount the snap ring (8).

3 - Using the tool

, mount the lip-seal (9).

H

Check that the lips face into the cylinder.

4 - Mount the O-ring (10), the anti-extrusion ring (11) and

the O-ring (12) onto the cylinder head (3).

H

Only forthe boom cylinders.

In sequence mount the anti-extrusion ring (17),

the O-ring (18) and the 2nd anti-extrusion ring

(17).
