REMOVAL OF THE COMPLETE FINAL DRIVE

1 - Remove the sprocket wheel(For details, see «REMO-

VAL OF THE SPROCKET WHEEL»).

2 - Disconnect the tubes (1) from the travelmotor. Plug

the tubes and the motor fittings to prevent entry of im-

purities.

For the PC12R with travelincrement and the

PC15R, also remove the increment tube (4).

H

Mark the tubes to avoid exchanging them during

re-assembly.

3 - Take out the screws (2).

4 - Remove the finaldrive (3).

Complete final drive: 17 kg

INSTALLATION OF THE

FINAL DRIVE

.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Finaldrive screws: Loctite 262
Finaldrive screws: 75 Nm

1 - Start the engine and bleed air from the travel motors.

(For details, see «20. CONTROLS AND ADJUST-

MENTS»).
