NSO29 Recovery of terminated
run (0) completed Informational . Termination of the previous run has been continued
successfully by the recovery.
NSO30 UserField (2): access
error.
UserDIIWrapper.exe
unloaded The wrapper process for all user fields has been terminated.
Solution : Check for ‘UserDLLWrapper.exe’ in the Task Manager. If it
does not exist, an unstable user function has terminated it.
NSO31 UserField (2): contains
illegal characters Illegal control characters contained in data returned from a user function.
Solution : Check the User function.
NSO40 Compare:Mandatory
field (2) not present in
logic A mandatory field for the compare module / configuration is not defined.
Solution : Check the logic.
NSO41 Compare:Mandatory
field (2) not present in
RCT file (2) A mandatory field for the compare module / configuration is missed in the
rct file.
Solution : Check for completeness of the rct file or deactivate field check
(see Compare options: Run Open validation on Compare fields).
NSO42 Compare:Read/Access
error RCT file (2) The rct file cannot be read.
Solution : Check to be sure the rct file exists and that you have
permission to read/access the file. Verify that the rct file has an xml file
structure.
NSO43 Compare:Field(s) not
present in RCT file: (2) The field is not present in any record of the rct file.
Solution : Check the usage of the Compare field or deactivate field
check (see Compare options: Run Open validation on Compare fields).
NSO44 Compare:Field(s)
inconsistent in RCT
file: (2) The field content does not match with the Run Definition (e.g., there is no
doctype list supplied if multiple parsers are defined).
Solution : Check the usage of the Compare field or deactivate field
check (see Compare options: Run Open validation on Compare fields).
OCX Interface errors
OCX001 Machine/Module was
switched off Solution : Turn the scanner on and restart the PC.
OCX002 Parity error Machine interface problem.
Solution : Check the connection to the scanner to be sure it is securely in
place.
OCX003 Command in this
condition not allowed Tuning problem.
Solution : Jam handling.
OCX004 Command with
unknown ID Internal error or unsupported function of the scanner.
Solution : Adapt definitions to the scanner.
OCX005 Command with
unknown parameter Wrong parameter in the Run Definition.
Solution : Compare the scanner specific parameters with the current
Run Definition.
OCX006 Machine is offline The scanner has been turned off.
Solution : Turn on the scanner.
OCX007 Machine not ready There is a problem with a specific module.
Solution : Jam handling. If this error happens again, restart the operating
system software.
OCX008 Action not on selected
module Internal error.
Solution : Reset the scanner.
OCX009 Command came too
late Control computer overloaded.
Solution : Jam handling. If this error happens again, restart the operating
system software.
