Data from the OCR reading module 1.
OCR2_DATA
Data from the OCR reading module 2.
OCRMICR_DATA
The
Merge codelines before parsing
options is used in the merge window. This
means that the codelines are merged and then parsed. This merge is then stored in
the system field OCRMICR_DATA.
OPTIONSSTATUS
This field contains the required and done option actions in a specially coded manner.
Actual pocket of the document.
PSN
This is a unique sequence number within the operating system software. The PSN
increments for each captured document.
RCT
This field exists in controlled runs only.
• If a document has been successfully matched, this field contains the number of the
entry in the RCT file.
• If a document has not be successfully matched, this field contains
0
.
REMOVE
If you assign a value of:

_TRUE
, the current document gets the state MUST_BE_DELETED.
•
TRAY,
all sheets of this tray get the state MUST_BE_DELETED. If the first
document entering this tray is not in the document list, i.e., it cannot be deleted, the
handling will be:
REMOVE=_TRUE
and the scanner will stop with the machine
state,

RUN
Ascending number of the run instance.
RUN_ID
This field exists in controlled runs only. It contains the prefix of the file name of the
task file and value of the tag ID in the task file.
RUN_STATE
States of the run:
•
OPEN
: state of the run form OnRunOpen to OnRunClose.
•
RECOVERY
: this state is set in the recovery mode until StartFeed or until the end of
the machine recovery. Afterwards the state of the run will change to
OPEN
. If the
hook RunOpen fails in the recovery mode, the run state
RECOVERY
will be set in
the hook OnRunClose as well.
•
CLOSE
: state of the run after using the
Finish Run
button.
•
CANCEL
: state of the run after using the
Cancel Run
button if the last tray was
closed.
•
CANCEL_TRAY
: state of the run after using the
Cancel Run
button if the last tray
was not closed.
Use the system field RUN_STATE you need to undo the state-based actions in the
user fields. For example:
• The tray was registered externally but cancelled later.
• Suppression of the input dialog during recovery.
• Special handling of the user logic during recovery, e.g., multiple registrations can be
tolerated or prevented.
SCANNERID
The ID number of the machine. This field is equal to MACHINE_NUM.
STOP
If you sets this value to _TRUE, the scanner will stop. This is a global field.
SYSDATE
System date in the format: jjjj-mm-dd. This is a global field, therefore, it cannot be
written to the output.
SYSTIME
System date in the format: hhmmss. This is a global field, therefore, it cannot be
written to the output.
TRAY
7-digit serial counter for trays.
