5 Troubleshooting in Tools
Following is a list of error numbers, messages and corrective actions
you can take if one of the following messages is encountered.

Solution
: Save the log files of this Convert task and Scan and send
them to Service.
PCE1002

The available disk space on the destination disk is smaller than the
defined threshold.
Solution
: Delete files on the destination disk or change the threshold
value in the Run Definition for Transfer for this destination.
PCE1003
Task “{0}” failed
because of unknown
format
The format being used is not supported.
Solution
: Select another format in the Run Definition.
PCE1004
Task “{0}” failed
because of unknown
scope
The scope being used is not supported.
Solution
: Select another scope in the Run Definition.
PCE1005

The compression being used is not supported.
Solution
: Select another compression in the Run Definition.
PCE1006

You cannot merge output of different types into one single file.
Solution
: Change the AODs to use either the same type or write to
separate files.

Before a task can be reprocessed, all old output needs to be deleted.
This deletion was not possible.
Solution
: Make sure the deletion of the old Convert output can be
performed (e.g., close all programs that could have open file handles to
some of those files).
