PSE - Split errors
PSE1001 Task “{0}” failed
because RUN_DEF
undefined The task file for Split does not contain the mandatory RUN_DEF field.
Solution : Create the task file by adding the missing element.
PSE1002 Task “{0}” failed
because SPLIT_DEF
undefined The task file for Split does not contain the mandatory SPLIT_DEF field.
Solution : Create the task file by adding the missing element.
PSE1003 Task “{0}” failed
because VCT
undefined The task file for Split does not contain the mandatory VCT field.
Solution : Create the task file by adding the missing element.
PSE1011 Task “{0}” failed
because RUN_DEF not
found The referenced RunDef could not be found. The file may be missing or
the reference is incorrect.
Solution : Make sure the RunDef file exists and that the reference is
correct.
PSE1012 Task “{0}” failed
because SPLIT_DEF

Solution : Make sure the SplitDef file exists and that the reference is

Solution : Correct the VCT file.
PTE - Transfer errors
PTE1000 Error: Task “{0}” failed
during transfer to “{1}” General error while sending.
Solution : Check the server or destination directory to be sure it is
available and restore it if necessary. Otherwise, send the logs to Kodak
Service.
PTE1001 Error: Task “{0}”failed
because file already
exists: “{1}” The file already exists and should not be overwritten. The file may have
already been sent or the file names of different trays are equal.
Solution : Check the definition of the files names. Delete the files on the
server and send them again.
PTE1002 Error: Task “{0}” failed
because disk space is
too low for file: “{1}” The threshold value of the minimal free disk space is reached.
Solution : Delete the files on the destination directory or change the
threshold value.
PTE1003 Task “{0}” failed
because disk space is
undefined for
destination: “{1}” Disk space can only be determined for mapped destinations.
Solution : Modify the destination path by using a mapped drive,
(i.e., X:\...)
PTE1004 Task “{0}” failed
because could not
create directory
structure: “{1}” Could not create the required directories on the destination disk.
Solution : Make sure that the destination can be accessed and the
correct privileges are provided to create the directories.
