MEASure:CURRent:AC?
Syntax
MEASure:CURRent:AC? [<range|MIN|MAX|AUTO>
[,<resolution|MIN|MAX|DEF>]]
This command presets, configures the U2741A for AC current measurements with
the specified range and resolution and make a measurement. The reading is sent
to the output buffer. For AC measurements, the resolution is fixed at 5.5 digits.

Remarks
– You can allow the U2741A to automatically select the measurement range
using autorange or you can select a fixed range using manual range.
Autorange is convenient because the U2741A decides which range to use for
each measurement based on the input signal. For faster measurements, use
manual range on each measurement as additional time is required for
autorange since the U2741A has to make a range selection.
– Autorange thresholds
– If the input signal is greater than can be measured on the selected range, the
U2741A gives an overload indication of
+9.9E+37
from the remote interface.
– If the
TRIG:SOUR
is set to
BUS
, the
MEAS?
command overwrites the
BUS
trigger
and returns a measurement.
