[SENSe:]VOLTage[:DC]:ZERO:AUTO
Syntax
[
SENSe:]VOLTage[:DC]:ZERO:AUTO <state>
This command disables or enables the autozero mode for DC voltage
measurements.
– When autozero is
ON
, the U2741A internally disconnects the input signal
following each measurement, and takes a zero reading. It then subtracts the
zero reading from the preceding reading. This prevents offset voltages present
on the U2741A input circuitry from affecting measurement accuracy.
– When autozero is
OFF
, the U2741A uses the last measured zero reading and
subtracts it from each measurement. It takes a new zero reading each time you
change the function, range, or integration time.
[SENSe:]VOLTage[:DC]:ZERO:AUTO?
This command queries the autozero mode for DC voltage measurements.

– The autozero mode is reset to the default (
OFF
) after a factory reset (
*RST
command) or an Instrument Preset (
SYST:PRES
command).
