VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (VIN)
All trucks are required to have a unique identifying number.
ADR43/01, effective 1 January 1989, requires that the format of the VIN
comply with ISO standards.
These vary slightly from US SAE standards with regard to year codes.
