OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
To Wash the Windscreen
Push the rotary wash/wipe knob in (towards steering column), hold for more
than 0.8 seconds and then release. Hold the knob in to extend the washing
cycle. After the lever is released, the wipers will shut off automatically or
resume the wiper’s setting speed.
To activate the wipers for one swipe without activating the washer (‘mist’
function), push the turn signal lever in (towards the steering column) and
release in less than 0.5 seconds. The wipers will perform a single swipe
and then resume the wipers setting speed.
Clean blades regularly with a damp cloth to remove road film and
wax build-up. Do not drive with worn or dirty wiper blades. They
can reduce visibility, making driving hazardous which may lead to an
injury or accident resulting in death or personal injury.
Do not use antifreeze or engine coolant in the windscreen washer reservoir,
damage to seals and other components will result.
If the electric pump is operated for a long period (more than 15 seconds)
with a dry reservoir, the pump motor may be damaged.
The washer bottle filler is located on the passenger's side cowl panel.
The washer bottle contains approximately 13 litres of water. Check the
windscreen washing fluid level daily. If necessary, fill to top. See image
below for location.

Clean all inside and outside windows regularly. Use an alcohol-based
cleaning solution and wipe dry with either a lint-free or a chamois cloth.
Avoid running the wiper blades over a dry windscreen to prevent scratching
the glass. Spray on washer fluid first. A scratched windscreen will reduce
visibility.
