Details
Set this attribute to the event ID of any trigger event generator to wait for that event. When set, the SMU will wait
for the event at the measure event detector portion of the trigger model.
Set this attribute to zero to bypass waiting for an event (the SMU continues uninterrupted through the remote
trigger model). Set
eventID
to one of the existing trigger event IDs shown in the following table.
