Details
This function returns

, which is the result of toggling the bit

.
Any fractional part of

is truncated to make it an integer. The returned value is also an integer.
The least significant bit of

is at

position 1; the most significant bit is at

position 32.
The indexed bit for

is toggled from 0 to 1, or 1 to 0.
Example
testResult = bit.toggle(10, 3)
print(testResult)
The binary equivalent of decimal 10 is 1010.
Toggling the bit at
index
position 3 returns a
decimal value of 14 (binary 1110).
