Explanation of the operation devices

(3) Purge control error

If manual purging is not ﬁnished within 10 hours

(with the engine running) after it is requested, purge control error

will occur.

・

If automatic purging is not ﬁnished within the speciﬁed time, the following message may be

displayed for a moment (for 1 minute), but that is normal. After that, the manual purging will
be requested. Purge the system manually according to the section "3-9-2 Manual purge
control".

・

Regardless of the above, if "PURGE CONTROL ERROR" message is displayed, then purging

is not possible.

If that occurs, promptly contact your authorised KATO dealer.
