6. Operation

6-6 Dozer operation (optional)

(08E0-0026-0E)

(1) Lever operation

Pull the dozer lever toward you to raise the dozer blade. Push the dozer lever forward to lower the dozer blade.

If you perform the compound operation including the dozer operation at low idling, the engine
could stall.
Use the accelerator dial to raise the engine speed to a medium speed or higher (about 1400min

-1

)

before you perform the compound operation.

(2) Precautions on using the dozer blade
1) Watch out for collisions against the dozer blade

Impact against the dozer blade can break it or the attached

cylinder, so beware of collisions with rocks and other obstacles.

2) Precautions on using the dozer as a jack

When you use the dozer blade as a jack, it must be evenly

supported, not from one end only.

・

Never use the dozer blade as a support, which could cause tip-

over etc.
