Making espresso with ground cof-
fee
To make espresso from ground cof-
fee, you need:

Insert the ground coffee filter

into the holder

. Use the filter
with the symbol embossed at
the bottom to make one cup of
CUP-1 coffee, or with the sym-
bol embossed at the bottom to
make 2 cups of CUP-2 coffee.
If you want to make one cup of coffee:

Fill filter

straight portion of ground coffee
using dispenser

If you want to make two cups of cof-
fee:

straight batch of ground coffee

Spread the ground coffee
evenly and press it down lightly
with the press down

Pressing ground coffee is very im-
portant for making a good espresso.
If you apply too much pressure, the
coffee will be served slowly and will
have a strong taste. If you don't apply
enough pressure, the coffee will
serve too quickly and will taste light.
