HD-TS decoder
This decoder is designed to play MPEG2 files in transport stream format. This will allow playing
M2T and TS extension files with Windows Media Player 9 which comes with this unit. Those Hi-
Def files can be created on JVC GRHD1 or JYHD10 cameras as well as DVHS deck like
HMDH30000 for example. It is however strongly recommended to create/edit those files with a
separate computer running at least Pentium 4, 2 GHz with 512 DDR RAM and dedicated hard
drive for those files.
• To uninstall the decoder, select [Add/Remove Programs] and delete it.
• The installer is included on the application CD-ROM so use the provided CD-ROM if you
need to re-install the decoder.

Quits the CC converter. The CC converter status you have set at this point is held. If you
wish to restart the CC converter, you can start up the program from the Start menu.
* To change the CC converter setting and save the new status, you must click [Exit]. To restart
the CC converter, click [Start]

Tips
• Do not change the sound playback device when you are playing back the sound data (such
as an audio file).
• If you have changed the sound playback device, wait five (5) or more seconds before
playing back the data.
• The CC converter can process two-channel PCM data only. There are cases where the
DVD sound is to be output to an external sound source or where multi-channel data or
data in a non-PCM format is to be sent by a sound device: in these cases, the CC converter
cannot process the data.
• If you play back data having a high noise level, the noise may be emphasized.
• Users other than the computer administrator (even if they have the Administrator’s authority)
may not change the CC converter setup.
