In order to utilize the setting of SC-500 for MF-7800D, the operations
below are necessary.
(1) Selection of the auto-lifter function
When the auto-lifter device is attached, this function makes the
function of auto-lifter work.
1) Turn ON the power switch while pressing switch
inside the
control box.
2) LED display is turned to
,
(FL ON) with “beep”, and the
function of auto-lifter becomes effective.
3) Turn OFF the power switch, and turn ON the power switch again
to return to the normal mode.
4) Repeat the operation 1) to 3), and LED display is tuned to (FL
OFF). Then, the function of auto-lifter does not work.
(2) Auto-lifter selection
When the auto-lifter to be used is of air type, change the auto-lifter
device selection of the function setting No. 46 to “0 (solenoid drive)
→
1 (air drive)”.
(Caution) The thread trimmer device may be damaged unless the
setting is changed. So, be careful.
(3) Ineffective setting of the automatic reverse feed stitching
Set the automatic reverse feed stitching setting on the front of the
control box to ineffective ( display).
