2 of 3: Create Array Window
This is the Create Array Window that allows you to custom select the drives to
make an Array Set; by using the spare column, you can assign a dedicated hot-
spare while creating this Array Set. See the detailed explanation in the section
titled,
Assigning a Dedicated Hot-Spare while Creating an Array

If you go beyond this screen and finish building the array and then decide you
want to add a dedicated hot-spare, you need to access the drop menu by right-
clicking on the array icon, the Array tab in the menu bar, or the Create Array
button in the toolbar. See the detailed explanation in the section titled,
a Dedicated Hot-Spare after Creating an Array
. (A Global Hot-Spare is not
in Chapter 3).

Information Box - Gives a brief statement to choose member drives for
the array and a dedicated hot-spare drive while creating the array.
Columns - The columns provide selection boxes and information.
Member - Drives are selected by default. If you want to change the
drives for the array, select them (check the box(es)) from the
available list in the member column.
