For example, if the rebuild needs to be
completed faster than a normal run time, then
change the percentage to a higher number.
System Cache Policy Settings
The System Cache policy settings (see
) allow you to define the cache
default settings that are used in the Create Array Wizard (see Creating an Array).
To modify the settings, first check the Modify Properties box and then make the
necessary changes. Click on Apply to save and affect the changes. Click on Close
to exit the window.

The information below describes each cache policy setting:
Read-Ahead Cache
Defines the default setting for the read-ahead
cache size. When Automatic is selected, the
system will choose an appropriate value
internally.
Writeback Cache (WBC)
Defines the default writeback cache size.
