Set the brake caliper assembly on the drive and
floater brake disc.
NOTE: The brake caliper mount bracket is slotted.
Make sure the bracket is pulled up and the axle
bearing bolts are tightened.
Install a 3/8” bolt through the drive caliper, spacer,
spherical washers, bracket, spherical washer and
floater caliper (see brake caliper assembly, page
7-3).
To help the calipers line up, we have used concave/
convex spherical washer pairs.
Snugly attach both of the brake caliper assembly
mounting bolts.
NOTE: It is always a good idea to loosen the axle-
mounted disc brake hub so that it can move on
the axle during the alignment procedure tightening
sequence.
