Loosely assemble and install the axle into the frame.

Loosely install the axle bearing bolts.

NOTE: Always set and tighten the center axle
bearing last.

Make sure the floater hub is slid all the way onto
the axle.

Make sure the recessed washer is installed with the
recesses facing the hub. Install a self locking axle
nut and tighten.

Torque the floater hub to 45 ft. lbs.
