Print Server

1. General
The following parameters can be set.
• Node Address
This is the unique address

hardcoded into each EasyLAN 100i
interface board (read-only). It is based on the serial number printed
on the label on the rear plate of the interface board.
• Root Password
Enter a password here to password-protect the configuration and
management home pages. When trying to use a link to a con-
figuration or management page, a password box will appear.
Always Enter root as user. The password is
pass
unless you
have specified another password here. After having given the
correct password, you can link to any configuration or manage-
ment page as long as your browser is on.
• User and Printer Access List
Restrict access via FTP. Set name and password according to the
following syntax:

• Base URL
State the www address for your Base URL.
• HP JetAdmin Support
State if you want HP JetAdmin Support by selecting YES or NO
in the drop-down list box. Normally select NO.
• Internal Printout Destination
In the drop-down list box, select the logical printer (PR1 –PR8
or FastIF) you want to use by default.
• System Location
State where your system is located. (Used for SNMP).
• System Contact
State the e-mail address of the contact person for your system.
(Used for SNMP).
