Chapter 8 Configuration & Management
Using Setup Mode
When an EasyLAN 100i interface board is installed, a few extra
options will appear in the display when you enter the Setup Mode.
Using the printer's built-in keyboard, you can navigate through the-
ses options and change them if necessary.
The diagram below illustrates the hierarchy of the additional setup
options.
The Setup Mode provides a convenient way of setting up the printer's
network addresses, provided you have physical access to the printer.
Once the network connection has been established, you can use the
EasyLAN 100i home page to further configure both the printer and
the EasyLAN 100i print server. Refer to the EasyLAN 100i Instal-
lation Instructions for explanations in greater detail.
• Press Setup key to exit the Setup Mode.
