The user also agrees to comply with the applicable laws that enforce restrictions or limitations
on the sale, lease or transfer of the i’m Watch.
11. Regulating law and invalidity of one or more clauses
This License will be regulated by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Country
in which i’m S.p.A. has its registered office.
This License shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the
International Sale of Goods, the application of which is expressly excluded. If you are a
consumer in the United Kingdom, this License shall be regulated by the applicable laws in
your jurisdiction of residence.
If, for any reason, a jurisdiction court should deem unenforceable one or more clauses of this
License, all the remainder clauses or parts of such clauses shall remain valid and enforceable.
12. Entire Agreement clause
This License constitutes the entire agreement between you and i’m S.p.A. concerning the use
of the i’m Watch software and supersedes all prior or simultaneous agreements regarding
such subject matter. Any amendments or modifications to this License must be made in
writing and signed by an authorised representative of i’m S.p.A. in order to be deemed valid.
This License is translated solely to meet local requirements; should there be any discrepancy
between the Italian version of the License and the translated version, the Italian version shall
prevail insofar as permitted by the local law of the user’s jurisdiction of residence.
13. Third party acknowledgements
Certain parts of the i’m Watch software may use or include third party software and other
copyrighted material. All acknowledgements, licensing terms and conditions and exclusions
relating to such materials are provided in the i’m Watch software electronic documentation,
and all use of this material is regulated by the terms and conditions therein.
