provide assistance during the product troubleshooting phase and follow the steps indicated
in the i’m S.p.A. warranty.
i’m S.p.A. may restrict this service to the country where i’m S.p.A. or its authorised distributors
originally sold the hardware product.
i’m S.p.A. will provide the warranty service (i) at an i’m Watch Retail or the premises of a
service provider authorised by i’m S.p.A., who can provide the warranty service directly, or
decide to send the product to an i’m Watch Repair Centre (i’m S.p.A.), (ii) by sending you
prepaid carrier bills (and, if you no longer have the original packaging, suitable packaging
material) to enable you to ship the product to the i’m Watch Repair Centre (i’m S.p.A.).
The type of service, availability of parts and response times may vary depending on the
country where the warranty service is requested. The types of services provided are subject
to change without notice. Should any product warranty service not be available in the
country requested by the consumer, the consumer may be charged shipping and labour
expenses. If the warranty service is requested in a country other than the one where the
product was originally purchased, the consumer is required to comply with all applicable
laws and regulations regarding import and export procedures, and shall be responsible for
all customs duties, VAT and all other payable taxes and dues. In case of availability of the
international warranty service, i’m S.p.A. shall repair or replace faulty products and parts
with comparable products and parts in accordance with local regulations. In accordance
with applicable laws, before providing the warranty service, i’m S.p.A. may request you
provide proof of purchase and/or to register the same in accordance with the applicable
