License for individual use
Please read this software license (“License”) before using your i’m Watch or
downloading the software update that accompanies this license. On using this i’m
Watch or downloading this software update, as appropriate, the user agrees to be
bound by the terms and conditions of this license, unless the same returns this i’m
Watch in accordance with the i’m Watch return policy. If you do not agree with the
terms and conditions of the license, do not use this i’m Watch and do not download
this software update. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you must
return i’m Watch to i’m S.p.A. or an authorised distributor by the return deadline in
order to receive a refund, under the terms of the return policy indicated on the site
www.imwatch.it.
1. General
The software, interfaces, contents, fonts, documentation, and all the data supplied with your
i’m Watch, as well as those updated or replaced by additional features, software updates, or
system recovery software provided by i’m S.p.A. (i’m Watch), both read-only memory, on any
other media or devices, are licensed, not sold, by i’m S.p.A. to be used only under the terms
of this License, except for the details provided below with respect to the parties subject to
licensing open source software.
i’m S.p.A. and its licensees retain ownership of the i’m Watch software and reserve all rights
not expressly granted.
