i’m Watch (i’m S.p.A.) may make available, at its own discretion, firmware updates for the
i’m Watch operating system. These updates, if available, may not necessarily include all the
software functions or the new features provided by i’m Watch (i’m S.p.A.) for the latest i’m
Watch models.
2. Permitted use and License restrictions
In conformity with the terms and conditions set forth in this License, a limited, nonexclusive
license is granted to use the i’m Watch software on a single i’m Watch device. Except for the
rights granted in paragraph 2(b) below, this License does not allow you to use the i’m Watch
software on more than one i’m Watch device at a time or on other SmartWatch watches and
does not permit you to distribute or use the i’m Watch software on a server where multiple
devices could use the software simultaneously. This license does not grant any user rights
concerning the use of the interfaces owned by i’m Watch or other intellectual property rights
for the design, development, production, licensing or distribution of devices and third party
accessories or of third-party applications to be used on your i’m Watch. Some of these rights
can be licensed separately from i’m S.p.A. (i’m Watch).
(b) In conformity with the terms and conditions set forth in this License, you are granted a
limited, nonexclusive license to download firmware updates made available by i’m S.p.A.
(i’m Watch) for the relative i’m Watch model in order to update or restore the software on all
i’m Watches for the model owned or controlled by the user. This License does not allow you
to update or restore i’m Watch devices that are not user-controlled or owned by the user, or
distribute or make available i’m Watch software updates on a server where i’m Watch could
be used by multiple devices or computers. You are permitted to make a copy of the i’m
Watch software updates stored on your computer in a machine readable format for backup
purposes only, provided that the backup copy includes all information relating to copyrights
or other proprietary rights contained in the original version.
(c) The user undertakes not to copy, or allow others to copy (except to the extent expressly
permitted by this License), decompile, disassemble, reassemble, attempt to access the source
code, decode or modify the i’m Watch software and any service provided by the i’m Watch
software or any part thereof, or create derivative products (except to the extent permitted
