you drive or ride a bike. If you choose to use your i’m Watch while driving, you must bear in
mind the following guidelines:
- While you are driving or riding a bike, concentrate and pay attention to the road. Using a
mobile device while driving or cycling, even were permitted by law, may cause distraction.
If you believe that your device is a source of distraction or disturbance whilst driving any
vehicle, cycling, or pursuing other activities that require maximum attention, you must pull
over and park before making or answering a call or using the device.
- Never take your eyes off the road.
- While you are driving, do not read text messages, e-mails, do not jot anything down, do not
search for phone numbers do not perform any activity that requires user input and your
attention.
- Do not use your i’m Watch when you are driving or cycling where prohibited by law.
HEADSETS AND HEADPHONES:
i’m S.p.A. does not supply headsets and/or headphones
with its i’m Watch which, however, is able to support devices of this nature.
i’m S.p.A. disclaims all headset/headphone compatibility with its i’m Watch, therefore, if
the customer intends to use such devices, under his/her own responsibility, the latter must
verify relative compatibility and suitability for use, in addition to conformity with applicable
legislative requirements. No damage caused to the customer and/or i’m Watch device can
be charged to i’m S.p.A.

A small percentage of users may be prone to fainting or seizures (even if episodes such as
these have never occurred before) when exposed to flashing lights or light patterns such as
those produced when playing a video or using an application . You should consult a doctor
before watching videos on your i’m Watch if you have a personal or family history of fainting
or seizures. If you start to suffer from headaches, fainting, seizures, and eye pain, avoid
prolonged use of your i’m Watch, keep it at a certain distance from your eyes, use it in a well
lit environment and take frequent breaks.
