Call Fwd Always
Forwards incoming calls to the specified extension while the indicator
on this key lights red. Enter the extension number (with a special
number, if required) of the forwarding destination.
Push the button to start or stop forwarding.
The indicator status
• Lights red: Forwards calls
• not lit:
Does not forward calls

You can also start or stop forwarding by dialing the special number for “Call
Forward Always” (Default: *94) and the extension number of the forwarding
destination.

Call Fwd No Answer
Forwards an incoming call to the specified extension when you don’t
answer the call for a certain period of time, such as when you are
busy on another call.
Enter the extension number (with a special number, if required) of the
forwarding destination.
Push the button to start or stop forwarding.
The indicator status
• Lights red: Forwards calls
• not lit:
Does not forward calls

“Call Forward no Answer” (Default: *95) and the extension number of the
forwarding destination.
