When removing

To remove the device from the UltraBay II tray:

1. Unlock the device eject lock if you secured the device in the

tray.

2. Slide and push the lever

; the device in the tray releases.

3. Remove the device.

Note:

Do not remove the drive before shutdown the operating
system. When you slide the lever

during the operating

system is working, beep sounds.
