Rimontaggio cilindro
La freccia stampigliata sul cielo del pistone deve essere rivolta verso lo scarico.
Portare il pistone al Punto Morto Inferiore e posizionare la guarnizione base
cilindro sul basamento.
Inserire il pistone nel cilindro facendo particolare attenzione a non danneggiare i
segmenti.
Montare, avvitandoli a mano, i dadi che fissano il cilindro.
Montare nelle rispettive sedi sul cilindro i due anelli OR preventivamente
ingrassati.
Montare la testa cilindro e le relative viti di fissaggio, avvitandole a mano.
Serrare, procedendo in modo incrociato, i dadi fissaggio cilindro al carter a
2,2÷2,5 kgm (21,6÷24,5 Nm; 16÷18 ft/lb) e le viti fissaggio testa cilindro a
1.8÷2.0 kgm (17,6÷19,6; 13÷14.5 ft/lb).
Reassembling the cylinder
The arrow printed on the piston top must be turned towards the exhaust.
Take the piston to Bottom Dead Center, and fit the cylinder base gasket on the
base.
Fit the piston into the cylinder, always taking care that the piston rings are
undamaged.
Fit the nuts which fasten the cylinder by hand.
Fit the two greased OR into their housings on the cylinder.
Fit the cylinder head and the fastening screws by hand.
Tighten the nuts which fasten the cylinder to the sump by crossing the tightening
procedure.
Torque for the 360: 2.2÷5 kgm (21.6÷24.5 Nm; 16÷18 ft/lb), and the cylinder
1.8÷2.0 kgm (17.6÷19.6; 13÷14.5 ft/lb).
Rémontage cylindre
La flèche gravée sur le ciel du piston doit être tournée vers le déchargement.
Porter le piston au point mort bas et placer le joint du cylindre sur le
soubassement.
Insérer le piston dans le cylindre en veillant à ne pas endommager les segments.
Monter à la main les écrous de fixation cylindre.
Insérer dans les sièges sur le cylindre les deux bagues d’étanchéité,
opportunement graissées.
Monter la tête cylindre et les vis de fixation en les serrant à la main.
En effectuant des serrages croisés, serrer les écrous du cylindre au carter avec une
force de 2,2÷2,5 kgm (21,6÷24,5 Nm; 16÷18 ft/lb) et les vis de la tête cylindre
à 1,8÷2,0 kgm (17,6÷19,6; 13÷14,5 ft/lb).
