Instruction for assembly and lubrication
ITEMS PROCEDURE
Flywheel - crankshaft cone Rough by “trichlorethane”
Crank gear Use oil (Engler - viscosity 50°C=3)
Crankshaft-Crankcase Fit the shaft into the pre-heated bearings
Crankcase - bearings Pre-heating of the housing at 100°C
Crankshaft bearings Assemble the cage external side in “polyamide”
Seal ring for crankshaft, clutch side Fit the spring side towords the pinion of the primary drrive
Pin - Connecting rod - Cage Check the coupling as per selected colours

Pin - Connecting rod small end *Oil
Roller bearing - Pin - Connecting rod big end *Oil
