Set the hibernation time based on the power grid type. In hibernation
mode, batteries are not charged or discharged, which extends the battery
lifespan.

default value is 13 days. The value 0 indicates no hibernation.

value range is 0–15 days, and the
default value is 6 days. The value 0 indicates no hibernation.
