Engine Servicing

(1) 6 mm BOLTS
(2) NUTS AND SEALING WASHERS
(3) CYLINDER HEAD

Remove the cylinder head mounting 6 mm bolts.

Loosen the cylinder head nuts in a crisscross patten
in 2 or 3 steps.
Remove the cylinder head nuts and washers, then
remove the cylinder head.

Remove the gasket and dowel pins.

Remove the pivot bolt, cam chain guide and pivot
collar.
Remove the pivot bolt, cam chain tensioner and
pivot collar.

Remove the cam chain from the cam chain drive
sprocket on the crankshaft.
