Engine Servicing

(1) INSULATOR BAND SCREW

(1) THROTTLE CABLES (2) THROTTLE BODY

Remove the throttle body from the insulator.

Disconnect the throttle cables from the throttle
drum, then remove the throttle body.

Remove the fuel feed hose from the air box.

(1) CRANKCASE/TRANSMISSION BREATHER HOSE

(1) INSULATOR MOUNTING NUTS
(2) INSULATOR
(3) AIR BOX

(1) GROMMET

Remove the grommet located on left front of the air
box.

Install the long type phillips screwdriver through the
grommet hole, then loosen the insulator band.

Remove the crankcase/transmission breather hose
from the air box.

Remove the insulator mounting nuts.
Remove the air box upward.
