A reachability protocol used by gateways in a two-level
internet.

An EMS object that distributors can be configured to use to select events to route.
filterManagement group.
A table of entries in the ONS MIB used to inhibit traps for an
entire subsystem or for a particular event. The filterManagement group table contains
one entry for each subsystem with which Open Notification Service is working (for
example, NNM, OMS, and TMF).
flow control.
A mechanism of the Open Notification Service subsystem that is implemented
to prevent the sending of unwanted subsystem data to the network management
platform (NMP).
