The menus on the MFP
are populated but no
files are being received.
Also, the Data light is
blinking continuously.
Note
This issue only applies
to the HP LaserJet
4100mfp and 9000mfp.
Various causes.
Check the SMTP Gateway on the
MFP and make sure that the SMTP
Gateway address is pointing to the
HP DSS Workflow server.
The SMTP Gateway address on the
device appears under the Digital
Sending options on the MFP. This
address must be set to
HP DSS Workflow server.
Menus are not updated
when starting the
HP DSS Workflow
server.
Various causes.
Correct the IP Address at the
HP MFP Chai jar file and make sure
that it is pointing to the
HP DSS Workflow computer. Also
verify that the menu update IP Port
ID matches the IP Port on the
HP DSS Workflow server.
The MFP is reporting
that the e-mail server is
not available.
Note
