Extending an evaluation license
To continue using the HP DSS Workflow after the evaluation period
expires, request a license extension from HP.
Note
Extension of the evaluation period is permitted at the discretion of
Hewlett-Packard. The trial period for the software can not be extended
before the trial period expires. It is only possible to extend a license
one time.
1 Open the DSS Workflow Configuration Utility and click the
License tab.
2 Under License File, click Generate.
3 Save the license information as a .txt file.
4 Contact HP support to submit the license file and obtain an
unlock key.
Installing multiple license packs
HP DSS Workflow licenses are available in 1-, 5-, 10-, and 50-device
license packs. To license your server for the correct number of
devices, you might have to install a combination of license packs.
To install multiple license packs, complete the activation of one
license pack before installing the next license pack.
Note
Web licensing is the recommended method for installing multiple
license packs.
