If time server 8030HEPTA/GPS is not in operation during the whole announcing time, it is not
possible for the application to update its leap second file. The leap second file needs to be
updated next time when time server is put in operation.

UTC-TAI offset

This field shows the actual value, that the PTP service uses, for the difference of UTC and TAI
time.

Date of Next Leap Second
