REAR BRAKE
If the arrow aligns with the reference mark on full
application, the brake shoes must be replaced.
NOTE
See your authorized Honda dealer for brake servicing.
For safety reason, use only genuine Honda parts or
their equivalents.
Front Wheel
(CG150 Titan KS/ES/CG150 Job)
(Refer to “Maintenance Precautions” on page 60.)
Removal
1. Raise the front wheel off the ground by placing a
support block under the engine.
2. Disconnect the speedometer cable (1) by pushing
the tab (2).
3. Remove the adjusting nut (3) and the front brake
cable (4) from the brake arm (5).
4. Remove the axle nut (6).
5. Remove the front axle (7) and wheel.
