Brakes
Front Brake (CG150 Titan ESD/CG150 Sport)
This motorcycle is equipped with a hydraulic front disc
brake.
As the brake pads wear, brake fluid level drops. There
are no adjustments to perform, but fluid level and pad
wear should be inspected periodically. The system
must be inspected frequently to ensure there are no
fluid leaks. If the brake lever free play becomes
excessive and the brake pads are not worn beyond the
recommended limit (page 74), there is probably air in
the system. See your authorized Honda dealer for
brake system air bleeding.

Brake fluid may cause irritation. Avoid contact
with skin or eyes. In case of contact, flush
thoroughly with water and see a doctor if your
eyes were exposed.

When adding brake fluid, be sure the reservoir
is leveled before the cap is removed or brake
fluid may spill out.

Use only DOT 3 or DOT 4 brake fluid from a sealed
container.

Handle brake fluid with care to avoid damages to
painted surfaces, instrument lenses and wiring.

Never allow contaminants such as dirt or water to
enter the brake fluid reservoir. Clean the reservoir
externally before removing the cap.
