Tire Repair and Replacement
(CG150 Titan KS/ES/ESD/CG150 Job)
To repair or replace the tires, go to your authorized
Honda dealer that has the necessary equipment and
trained technicians to perform proper services.
Do not try to remove the tires without using
special tools and rim protectors. Otherwise the
sealing surface will be damaged or the rim might
be deformed.
ATTENTION
(CG150 Sport)
Even if a tire is professionaly repaired with a
permanent internal patch plug, it will not be as good as
a new tire. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you
replace a damaged tire, instead of repairing it.
A temporary repair, such as an external tubeless tire
plug, may not be safe, even at normal speeds and in
usual riding conditions.
If it is mandatory to make a temporary or emergency
repair, ride slowly and carefully to the nearest
authorized Honda dealer. If possible, avoid riding with
a passenger or load under such conditions.
NOTE

The use of different tires from those specified may
affect motorcycle drivibility and safety.

Do not install tube-type tires on tubeless rims. The
beads may not seat and the tires could slip on the
rims, causing tire deflation that may result in loss
of motorcycle control.

For replacement, use only the specified tires,
otherwise handling and safety may be adversely
affected.

Spoke tightness and wheel centering and alignment
are essential for motorcycle safety. During the first
1,000 km, the spokes become loose due to initial
seating. Excessively loose spokes will cause
instability at high speeds and possible loss of
control.
