WARNING

Gasoline is extremely flammable and explosive
under certain conditions. Refuel in a well-
ventilated area with the engine stopped. Do not
smoke or allow flames or sparks in the area
where gasoline is stored, or where the fuel tank
is refueled.

Do not overfill the tank to avoid fuel leakage. There
should be no fuel in the filler neck (3). If overfilling
occurs, remove the excess immediately.

After refueling, make sure the fuel filler cap is closed
securely.

Gasoline is a strong solvent and may damage
painted surfaces in case of contact. If fuel is
spilled, clean the affected area immediately.

Be careful not to spill fuel when refueling. Spilled
fuel or its vapor may ignite. If any fuel is spilled,
make sure the area is dry before starting the
engine.

Avoid repeated or prolonged contact with skin or
breathing of vapor.

KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
Occasionally a light spark knock may occur when
operating under heavy load. This is a normal condition;
it indicates the engine is operating efficiently. Engine Oil
Engine Oil Level Check
Check the engine oil level each day before riding the
motorcycle. Refill, if necessary.
During motorcycle use, a certain amount of
engine lubricant is normally consumed. Thus, it
is essential to check the level periodically and
add the recommended oil, if necessary.
The level must be kept between the upper (1) and
lower (2) level marks on the dipstick (3).
1. Start the engine and let it idle for 3 – 5 minutes.
2. CG150 Titan KS/ES/ESD/CG150 Job:
Stop the engine and support the motorcycle on its
main stand on a firm, level ground.
CG150 Sport:
Stop the engine and keep the motorcycle upright on
a level, flat surface.
3. After 2 or 3 minutes, remove the oil filler cap/
dipstick and wipe it clean. Reinsert the oil filler cap/
dipstick without screwing it in. Remove it again.
The oil level should be between the upper and lower
level marks on the dipstick.
