Make sure the cutout on the adjusting nut is seated
on the brake arm pin (3) after making the final
adjustment.
•
If proper adjustment cannot be obtained by this
method, see your authorized Honda dealer.
Other Checks
Check the brake cable for kinks or signs of wear that
could cause sticking or failure. Lubricate the brake
cable with a commercially available cable lubricant to
prevent premature wear and corrosion. Make sure the
brake arm, spring, links and fasteners are in good
condition.
Rear Brake
Pedal Height Adjustment (CG150 Sport)
1. Place the motorcycle on its side stand.
2. The stopper bolt (1) allows the adjustment of the
pedal height. To adjust, loosen the lock nut (2) and
turn the stopper bolt. Tighten the lock nut.
