Throttle Curve cont.
Throttle Adjust Feature:
Program the LS, RS, LT, or RT switches to work as in-flight adjustment
control for throttle curve.

confirm your selection.
a. If you choose the “NULL” option, in-flight adjustment is disabled.
b. If you choose a switch:
17. Highlight the “RATE” field and press the jog dial to activate
the menu.
- Rotate the jog dial to input the desired rate that the switch will influence the throttle curve (0-100). Press
the jog dial to confirm your selection.
18. The “I/O” (input/output) field is display only. It shows the value of the throttle channel and throttle
stick as you actuate the relevant controls. These values are reflected in the graph as well.
If you are using multiple flight conditions, you must define throttle curve for each flight condition.
The top field of the T.Curve menu allows you to select the desired flight condition. Alternately, you
may select the desired flight condition using the assigned F.Cond switch.

19. To set up Throttle Curves in accordance with a Flight
Condition
− The upper right field of the menu displays which flight
condition is currently active and will be programmed.
− Scroll to the Flight Condition field and press the jog dial to
activate the menu.
− Choose the desired flight condition and press the jog dial to
confirm your selection.
20. Press the back button to return to the model function menu.
To disable the throttle curve:
1. Scroll to highlight the “MIX” field in the throttle curve menu
and press the jog dial to activate the menu.
2. Select “INH” (inhibit) and press the jog dial to confirm your
selection.
3. Press the Back button to return to the model function menu.
Pitch Curve
To configure a pitch curve:
1. From the Model menu, rotate the jog dial to highlight
“P.Curve” and press the jog dial once to enter the activation
menu.
The Pitch Curve function allows you to modify the normally-linear servo rate movement for collective
pitch by defining five different points along the pitch response curve. It is necessary to manipulate
the pitch curve in conjunction with the throttle curve to achieve maximum performance from your
helicopter.
2. Press the jog dial again to activate the menu.
3. Rotate the jog dial to select ACT (activate), then press the jog
dial to confirm your selection and activate the pitch curve menu.
4. Scroll to the “1” field and press the jog button to activate the
menu.
5. Rotate the jog dial to input the desired pitch position at this
point on the curve (Throttle stick full down).
6. Scroll to the “2” field and press the jog button to activate the
menu.
7. The left field represents the pitch servo value and the right
field represents the throttle stick position. Select each field
independently and use the jog dial to input the desired values
for the next point on the pitch curve.
8. Repeat steps 6 and 7 for the remaining three steps on the pitch curve. As values are changed, the on-
screen graph displays real-time updates to the pitch curve.
9. Scroll to the “EXP” (exponential) field and press the jog button
to activate the menu.
10. Rotate the jog dial to select “OFF” or “ON”. When “ON” is
selected, the points in the curve are connected with exponential
curves. Otherwise, the points are joined linearly. Press the jog
dial to confirm your selection.
11. Scroll to highlight the “OST” (Offset) field and press the jog
dial to activate the menu.
12. Scroll to select the desired amount of offset and press the jog
dial to enter your selection.
