Notes on Use
―――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――
(2) Using the Printer
・
Using the printer for low-speed printing (Recorder
function) in a high temperature or high humidity
environment should be avoided at all costs. This can
seriously reduce the printer life.
・
If the recording paper is mistakenly inserted back to
front, waveform recording is impossible.
(3) Recording Paper
・
This unit uses a thermal printer. The recording paper
supplied has characteristics finely tuned for use with the
printer.
・
Using recording paper of a different specification may not
only result in impaired printing quality, but even prevent
the printer from operating. Always use the 9232
RECORDING PAPER.
(4) Storage
If the unit will not be used for a substantial period, to
protect the printer head and prevent deformation of the
rubber rollers, move the head up/down lever to the head
up position.
If the unit is left in the state in which the
head is applying pressure to the platen roller, the roller
may be deformed, and the printing may become uneven.
(5) Shipment
If reshipping the unit, ensure that the recording head is
in the up position and preferably use the original packing.
