Set Curr:

Fetch Volt:

Config Error indicates that the power supply
voltage is less than the Trig V voltage setting after
the test has started. This can indicate that the
power supply output is not on or that the power
supply output or Trig V is incorrectly configured.

Note

In addition to the OCP settings as described above,
the Trig voltage settings must also be set according to
the output characteristics of the DUT.
